师范生信息化教学能力的现状与提升策略——以南京市某地方院校888名师范生为例

摘要 师范生信息化教学能力会直接影响未来教育的质量。研究采用问卷调查法和访谈法,探究888名地方本科院校师范生的信息化教学能力。研究发现:1)师范生具有较强的信息责任意识,能够熟练应用教与学的通用软件、社会性软件及网络存储工具,但是在信息意识态度、熟练操作信息化教学设备、学科软件及网络学习平台上还有所欠缺;2)师范生能较好的开展基于技术的自主学习、交流与协作,具有一定的利用技术进行研究创新的能力,但在使用信息技术追踪专业前沿与拓宽专业视野、在信息化环境中创造性的问题解决方案制定与制作原创性作品等方面还有待提高。3)师范生具有一定的数字资源的设计与制作能力,但对资源的评估优化和资源管理方面的能力还有待进一步提升,对信息化教学模式、信息化教学过程设计以及评价较为陌生;4)不同年级、文理科师范生的信息化教学能力具有显著差异。基于研究结论,文章提出了若干师范生信息化教学能力提升的策略。 Teacher students ICT teaching competency will directly affect the quality of future education.The study used questionnaires and interviews to explore the informatization teaching ability of 888 teacher students from local undergraduate colleges.The study found that 1)teacher students have a strong sense of information responsibility and are able to skillfully apply general software for teaching and learning,social software,and network storage tools,but they are still lacking in information awareness attitudes,skillful operation of ICT teaching equipment,disciplinary software,and network learning platforms;2)teacher students are able to carry out technology-based self-directed learning,communication,and collaboration,and they have a certain degree of ability to utilize technology to carry out research and innovation,but there is still room for improvement in the use of information technology to track professional frontiers and broaden professional horizons,creative problem-solving in an information technology environment,and the production of original works.3)teacher students have a certain ability to design and produce digital resources,but their ability to evaluate and optimize resources and manage resources needs to be further improved,and they are relatively unfamiliar with ICT teaching mode,design of ICT teaching process,and evaluation;4)There are significant differences in the ICT teaching competency of teacher students of different grades,arts and science disciplines.Based on the conclusions of the study,the article proposes several strategies to improve teacher students ICT teaching competency.
