城市更新视角下城市传统中心区再中心化与公共艺术介入

The Re-centralization of Traditional Urban Centers and the Intervention of Public Arts from the Perspective of Urban Renewal

国内的城市化历经20多年的高速推进,大多数城市普遍呈现出物质要素增量见顶而人文要素增量停滞的局面。随着全球现代服务业发展的重心逐渐向文化积累厚重的城市转移,特别是现代服务业取代传统制造业成为城市经济结构中的主导产业后,造成城市产业空间发生空间移位,呈现新的分布特征,引发城市空间结构的深刻转变,城市传统中心区域已再度成为重要的空间资源,再中心化趋势明显。文章结合“城市产业转型中的传统中心区复兴”与“公共艺术介入”两条主线的贯穿交织,提出通过艺术城建方式修复因过度追求“空间形式的乌托邦理想”所形成的城市空间的“意义荒漠”,促进城市更新的基本问题、理论工具及行动路径,探索产城共生趋势下城市传统中心区域再中心化的艺术介入路径。

After more than 20 years of rapid urbanization in China,most cities have generally shown a situation where the increase in material elements has peaked while the increase in cultural elements has stagnated.As the focus of global modern service industry development gradually shifts towards cities with rich cultural accumulation,especially after modern service industry replaces traditional manufacturing industry as the leading industry in urban economic structure,urban industrial space undergoes spatial displacement and presents new distribution characteristics,leading to a profound transformation of urban spatial structure.The traditional central area of cities has once again become an important spatial resource,and the trend of re centralization is obvious.The article combines the interweaving of the two main lines of"revitalization of traditional central areas in urban industrial transformation"and"public art intervention",and proposes the basic issues,theoretical tools,and action paths for promoting urban renewal by repairing the"meaning desert"of urban space formed by excessive pursuit of"utopian ideals of spatial form"through artistic urban construction,Explore the artistic intervention path for the re centralization of traditional urban central areas under the trend of industry city symbiosis.
