复合饲料添加剂对肉鸡生长性能、肠道组织形态的影响

摘要 文章旨在研究复合饲料添加剂对肉鸡生长性能、肠道组织形态的影响。试验将1200只1日龄白羽肉鸡随机分为4组,每组10个重复,每重复30只。试验组1为抗菌肽+二甲酸钾+复合酸;试验组2为抗菌肽+二甲酸钾+植物精油;试验组3为二甲酸钾+复合酸+植物精油;试验组4为抗菌肽+复合酸+植物精油。试验为期32 d,其中预饲期4 d,正试期28 d。结果表明,与试验组1相比,试验组4肉鸡终末体重显著提高3.17%(P <0.05),平均日增重显著提高3.25%(P <0.05);料重比显著降低3.43%(P <0.05)。试验组4肉鸡粗蛋白和钙的表观消化率显著提高(P <0.05)。试验组4肉鸡十二指肠的绒毛高度和V/C值显著提高(P <0.05);总之,抗菌肽+复合酸+植物精油能通过改善肠道结构,促进肉鸡生长发育。 The aim of this paper was to study the effects of compound feed additives on growth performance and intestinal morphology of broilers.12001-day-old white feathered broilers were randomly divided into 4 groups with 10 replicates per group and 30 broilers per replicate.Experimental group 1 was antibacterial peptide+potassium dicarboxylate+complex acid;Experimental group 2 was antibacterial peptide+potassium dicarboxylate+plant essential oil;Experimental group 3 was potassium dicarboxylate+complex acid+plant essential oil;Experimental group 4 was antimicrobial peptide+complex acid+plant essential oil.The experiment lasted for 32 days,including 4 days of pre-feeding period and 28 days of experimental period.The results showed as follows:Compared with experimental group 1,the final body weight and average daily gain of broilers in experimental group 4 were significantly increased by 3.17%(P<0.05),and the average daily gain was significantly increased by 3.25%(P<0.05).The ratio of feed to gain was significantly decreased by 3.43%(P<0.05).The apparent digestibility of crude protein and calcium of 4 broilers in experimental group was significantly increased(P<0.05).The villus height and V/C value of duodenum of experimental group 4 broilers were significantly increased(P<0.05);In conclusion,antimicrobial peptides+complex acids+plant essential oils can promote the growth and development of broilers by improving intestinal structure.
