黄芪多糖对肉鸭生长性能、血液生化指标和肉品质的影响

摘要 文章旨在探究黄芪多糖对肉鸭生长性能、血液生化指标和肉品质的影响。试验将1600只1日龄樱桃谷肉鸭随机分为4组,每组5个重复,每个重复80只。试验分别向基础日粮中添加0、100、200和400mg/kg的黄芪多糖。试验为期35d。试验结果表明,日粮添加黄芪多糖对肉鸭生长性能有显著影响,与对照组相比,日粮200mg/kg组肉鸭35日龄体重显著提高3.8%、平均日增重显著提高3.9%、料重比显著降低3.3%(P <0.05),此外,日粮添加黄芪多糖对肉鸭平均日采食量无显著影响(P> 0.05)。饲料中添加黄芪多糖可显著提高肉鸭的血清总蛋白含量、铜锌超氧化物歧化酶和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性(P <0.05);日粮添加200和400mg/kg黄芪多糖可显著提高肉鸭血清IgG含量(P <0.05);此外,日粮添加黄芪多糖对肉鸭血清白蛋白、尿素氮、IgA和IgM含量无显著影响(P> 0.05)。日粮添加200mg/kg黄芪多糖可显著降低肉鸭胸肌亮度、红度和黄度(P <0.05);日粮添加200和400mg/kg黄芪多糖可显著降低肉鸭胸肌滴水损失和剪切力(P <0.05);此外,日粮添加黄芪多糖对肉鸭胸肌pH无显著影响(P> 0.05)。总之,在本试验条件下,肉鸭日粮黄芪多糖最适添加量为200mg/kg。 The aim of this study is to investigate the effects of Astragalus polysaccharides on the growth performance,blood biochemical indicators,and meat quality of meat ducks.16001-day-old cherry valley meat ducks were randomly divided into 4 groups,with 5 replicates in each group,with 80 ducks in each replicate.Add 0,100,200,and 400 mg/kg of Astragalus polysaccharides to the basic diet as experimental diets.The experiment lasted for a total of 35 days.The addition of Astragalus polysaccharides to the diet had a significant effect on the growth performance of meat ducks.Compared with the control group,the 200 mg/kg group increased body weight by 3.8%at 35 days of age,increased average daily weight gain by 3.9%,and decreased feed to weight ratio by 3.3%(P<0.05).In addition,the addition of Astragalus polysaccharides to the diet had no significant effect on the average daily feed intake of meat ducks(P>0.05).Adding Astragalus polysaccharides to the feed significantly increased the total serum protein content,copper zinc superoxide dismutase and glutathione peroxidase activity of meat ducks(P<0.05);Adding 200 and 400 mg/kg Astragalus polysaccharides to the diet significantly increased the serum IgG content of meat ducks(P<0.05);In addition,adding Astragalus polysaccharides to the diet did not significantly affect the serum albumin,urea nitrogen,IgA,and IgM contents of meat ducks(P>0.05).Adding 200 mg/kg Astragalus polysaccharides to the diet significantly reduced the brightness,redness,and yellowness of breast muscles in meat ducks(P<0.05).Adding 200 and 400 mg/kg Astragalus polysaccharides to the diet significantly reduced the dripping loss and shear strength of breast muscles in meat ducks(P<0.05);In addition,the addition of Astragalus polysaccharides to the diet had no significant effect on the pH of breast muscles in meat ducks(P>0.05).In summary,under the conditions of this experiment,the optimal amount of Astragalus polysaccharides added to the diet of meat ducks is 200 mg/kg.
