Research Progress of Intelligent Anticorrosive Coatings

综述了腐蚀敏感涂层、自修复涂层、防污涂层和自清洁涂层对金属材料的缓蚀作用,这些智能涂料超过了传统涂料的使用局限,具有抗划伤、原位愈合、超疏水、热稳定性、耐强酸等优异的阻隔性能,延长了涂层和受保护金属材料的使用寿命。智能防腐涂层在复杂、实时条件下的应用,有效地控制了金属腐蚀、结构失效和资源消耗的触发因素。

The corrosion inhibition effects of corrosion sensitive coatings,self-healing coatings,anti-fouling coatings and self-cleaning coatings on metal materials are reviewed.These intelligent coatings exceed the limitations of traditional coatings,and have excellent barrier properties such as scratch resistance,in-situ healing,super-hydrophobicity,thermal stability and strong acid resistance,which extend the service life of coatings and protected metal materials.The application of intelligent anti-corrosion coatings in complex,real-time conditions effectively controls the triggers for metal corrosion,structural failure and resource consumption.
