车载手机无线充电模块对人体电磁辐射安全性的仿真评估

摘要 采用电磁仿真软件FEKO建立人体模型、手机无线充电模块以及汽车车身的联合仿真模型,运用矩量法(MoM),计算手机无线充电模块在工作频率为127.82 kHz时,人体内部感应电场强度、比吸收率(specific absorption rate,SAR)以及外部磁场分布,并与相关标准限值进行对比,分析主驾位置人体模型的电磁辐射安全性。研究表明:汽车内手机无线充电模块在搜寻手机的过程中,所产生的内部电场和SAR剂量均未超过ICNIRP和IEEE规定的水平,驾驶员位置的磁场强度也未超过较为严格的国标GB 8702-2014限值。通过仿真分析预测了人体在车内的辐射剂量水平,能够帮助人们更好地了解所处的电磁场环境对人体健康的影响。 In this paper,a joint simulation model of the Mannequin,mobile phone wireless charging module,and car body is established by using the electromagnetic simulation software FEKO.When the wireless charging module of the mobile phone operates at 127.82 kHz,the method of moments(MoM)is used to calculate the induced electric field strength,specific absorption rate(SAR),and external magnetic field distribution inside the Mannequin.The study indicates that the internal electric field strength and SAR dose rate generated by the wireless charging module for mobile phones in cars during the search process do not exceed the levels specified by ICNIRP and IEEE,and the magnetic field strength at the driver's position does not exceed the strict national standard GB 8702-2014 limits.The radiation exposure level of the Mannequin inside the car predicted by simulation analysis can help people better understand the impact of the electric field environment on human health.
