内蒙古包钢钢管公司拥有世界先进的无缝钢管生产机组,主要产品为各类热轧无缝钢管,与几条热轧生产线穿孔工序配套的热工具“顶头”由该公司自行生产。为解决铸造顶头成材率低的问题,针对存在的问题对系统进行因果链分析,对顶头铸造系统工艺进行优化,通过增加多孔冒口砂芯、冒口芯由发热材料制成、设置称重装置以及采用氮气在砂箱底部喷吹的方案解决了铸造顶头成材率低的技术难题。
