摘要
工程伦理教育是新时代工程活动和工程建设对工学人才提出的必然要求,《工程伦理》课程的开设为培养具备伦理道德水平的高素质工程技术人才提供支撑。采用案例教学模式贯穿于课程教学标准制定、教学过程管控和教学效果保障全过程,重视培养学生的自主思考和创新思维能力,激发学生的学习热情,能够有效提高学生对基础知识的掌握程度和解决复杂工程伦理问题的应用水平。为提升工程类高素质人才的伦理素养,保证良好的教学质量和教学效果提供基本保障。
Engineering ethics education is an inevitable requirement for engineering activities and construction in the new era.The establishment of the"Engineering Ethics"course provides support for cultivating highly qualified engineering and technical personnel with ethical and moral standards.The case-based teaching modelis adoptedthroughout the entire processof setting course teachingstandard,controlling the teaching process,and ensuring teaching effectiveness.It emphasizesimportance to the cultivation of students’autonomous thinking and innovative thinking,stimulates students’enthusiasm for learning,and effectively improves students’mastery of basic knowledge and their ability to apply it in solving complex engineering ethical problems.To enhance the ethicalliteracy of high-quality engineering talent and provide a basic guarantee for good teaching quality and teaching effectiveness.
