基于Ansys冲击模型下石墨烯增强碳纤维复合材料叶片抗冲击性能分析

摘要 针对目前飞机发动机叶片使用存在的脆性大、横向耐冲力差等问题,本文基于显示动力学下冲击载荷模拟的方法,以具有高力学性能强度的碳纤维复合材料叶片为研究对象,进行冲击模型建立,对比分析不同冲击能量、速度下,碳纤维复合材料叶片的应力分布、应变、损伤情况等抗冲击性能。结果表明:添加石墨烯改性后,碳纤维复合材料的密度、弹性模量发生改变,使其界面作用力增大,材料横向耐冲力、耐磨性增强。相同冲击载荷下,石墨烯改性后的碳纤维叶片残余应力减少11.9%,应变减小6.4%,可以有效减小冲击时产生的损伤破坏。 In order to solve the problems of high brittleness and poor lateral impact resistance of aircraft engine blades,the impact load simulation method based on display dynamics is presented in this paper Taking the carbon fiber composite blades with high mechanical properties as the research object,the impact model was established,and the impact energy and velocity were compared and analyzed,the stress distribution,strain and damage of carbon fiber composite blades are studied.The results show that the density and elastic modulus of carbon fiber composites are changed,the interfacial force is increased,and the transverse impact and wear resistance are enhanced.Under the same impact load,the residual stress and strain of the modified carbon fiber blade were reduced by 11.9%and 6.4%,respectively.
