摘要
针对目前传统三螺杆膨化机挤压性能和混合效率所存在的缺陷,为了提高挤出产品质量,这里设计了一种新型的组合式三螺杆膨化机。以豆粕为原料,利用CFX有限元仿真模块来对反向螺纹的组合三螺杆流道进行数值模拟,通过分析在宏观压力、速度矢量、速度迹线上的特性来与传统三螺杆进行比较,总结豆粕在流道内的运动规律。分析结果显示,流道内-0.24 m,-0.22 m,-0.18 m处涡流区的出现改变了物料的运动模式,延长了物料的挤出时间,提高了物料的分散混合。研究结果表明,反螺纹三角排列给物料带来反复的周期性剪切与挤压能有效改善物料的挤出质量,其研究结果为优化三螺杆膨化机的加工提供了一定的理论依据。
In view of the shortcomings of the extrusion performance and mixing efficiency of the traditional three-screw extruder,in order to improve the quality of extrusion products,a new combined three-screw extruder is designed here.Using soybean meal as raw material,the CFX finite element simulation module is used to numerically simulate the combined three-screw flow channel with reverse thread,and the characteristics of the macroscopic pressure,velocity vector and velocity trace are compared with the traditional three-screw,and the motion law of soybean meal in the flow channel is summarized.The analysis results show that the appearance of vortex zones at-0.24 m,-0.22 m and-0.18 m in the flow channel changes the motion mode of the material,prolongs the extrusion time of the material,and improves the dispersion and mixing of the material.The research results show that the repeated periodic shearing and extrusion of the anti-thread triangular arrangement to the material can effectively improve the extrusion quality of the material,and the research results provide a certain theoretical basis for optimizing the processing of the three-screw extruder.
