摘要
针对油罐车储罐的安全问题,裂纹破坏尤为常见,张开型裂纹是其主要破坏形式。此外,储罐长期受到油体腐蚀作用,会产生大小各异的腐蚀坑。文章研究了影响油罐车裂纹应力强度因子的因素,分析了裂纹尺寸和腐蚀坑对储罐裂纹应力强度系数的影响规律。基于有限元扩展法,对含裂纹的油罐进行三维建模;利用相互作用积分法,对储罐裂纹的应力强度因子进行了求解。在考虑了腐蚀坑洞效应的基础上,分析应力强度因子受腐蚀坑尺寸影响的规律。结果显示,张开型裂纹的应力强度因子随裂纹尺寸的增加而增加;此外,腐蚀坑对应力强度因子也有比较明显的影响,腐蚀坑的深度和半径越大,应力强度因子越大。
For the safety of tank storage tanks,failures caused by cracks are particularly common,and open cracks are the main form of failure.In addition,the tank shell is subjected to the corrosive effect of oil for a long time,resulting in the formation of corrosion pits of various sizes.In this paper,we investigate the factors affecting the stress intensity factor of cracks in tank truck storage tanks and analyze the law of the influence of crack size and corrosion pit on the stress intensity factor.Based on the finite element expansion method,a three-dimensional model of a tank with cracks is established;the interaction integration method is used to calculate the crack stress intensity factor.Taking into account the influence of corrosion pits,the law of the influence of corrosion pit size on the stress intensity factor is analyzed.The results of the study show that the stress intensity factor of the open crack increases with increasing crack size;in addition,the corrosion pit stress intensity factor also has a more obvious effect,the stress intensity factor will increase with the depthand radius of the corrosion pit increasing.
