碳纤维复合材料在轨道交通的应用与展望

摘要 综述了碳纤维复合材料在国内外轨道交通装备中的应用情况,探讨了轻量化材料的优势。分析了碳纤维复合材料的力学性能,与钢材等传统材料进行对比,指出其在强度、刚度、密度等方面的优势。针对碳纤维复合材料CFRP面临的技术难题进行了分析,如材料变形、抗冲击性差、电磁影响等,提出了针对性的解决方案,并重点分析碳纤维复合材料的变形及其影响因素。研究行业可应用CFRP的模块化产品并确定了应用的难点、痛点,提出了未来应用的建议。展望了碳纤维复合材料特性与轨道交通行业发展方向的契合点以及未来发展方向。研究结果为碳纤维复合材料在轨道交通领域的应用难点、痛点的攻关提供了参考及方向。 The application of carbon fiber composites in rail transit equipment at home and abroad is reviewed,the advantages of lightweight materials are discussed.The mechanical properties of carbon fiber composites are analyzed,compared with traditional materials such as steel,and its advantages in strength,stiffness and density are pointed out.The technical problems faced by CFRP are analyzed,such as material deformation,poor impact resistance,electromagnetic influence and so on,the targeted solutions are put forward,and the deformation and influencing factors of carbon fiber composite are analyzed.The modular products that can be used in CFRP are studied,the difficulties and pain points of application are determined,and the suggestions for future application are put forward.The convergence of the characteristics of carbon fiber composite materials with the development direction of rail transit industry and the future development direction are prospected.The research results provides reference and direction for the research of the application difficulties and pain points of carbon fiber composite materials in the field of rail transit.
