冷轧钢带双头开卷机的设计与分析

摘要 为解决目前单侧上卷冷轧开卷机工作效率低等问题,设计了一种新型的双头开卷机,由引导机构、支撑机构、胀紧固定机构、开卷机主体等构成。为代替人工手动引卷,在开卷机一侧安装了引导机构,通过调整引导直板可以自动完成引卷;针对主轴长期承受压应力易发生应力疲劳,在主轴下侧安装了支撑机构,可以转移部分钢卷的压应力从而提高主轴工作稳定性;针对现有开卷机效率低,在支撑主轴两侧分别安装了固定机构,两侧固定机构通过联动控制可以实现开卷与上卷同步进行。利用CATIA建立了开卷机各机构模型,并完成了整机装配,对开卷机进行了运动干涉检查,结果表明开卷机运动无干涉。对开卷过程进行了静力学分析,应力云图显示固定机构的最大应力为830.837 kPa,未超过材料许用应力。 In order to solve the problems of operational safety and low work efficiency of manual coiling in cold rolling,a new type of uncoiling machine with double heads is designed,which is composed of guidance mechanism,support mechanism,expansion and tightening fixing mechanism,and uncoiling machine body.In order to replace manual reeling,a guiding mechanism is installed on the side of the uncoiler,and the reeling can be automatically completed by adjusting the guide straight plate.In view of the metal fatigue of the spindle caused by long-term compressive stress,a support mechanism is installed on the lower side of the spindle,which can transfer some compressive stress of the steel coil to improve the working stability of the spindle.To improve the efficiency,the fixed mechanisms are installed on both sides of the support spindle,and synchronization of loading and uncoiling could be realized through linkage control.The model of each mechanism of the uncoiler is established by using CATIA.The motion interference checking upon the virtual uncoiler is carried out.The simulation results show that the uncoiler movement is interference-free.The static analysis of the uncoiling process is carried out,and the stress cloud diagram shows that the maximum stress of the fixed mechanism is 830.837 kPa,which did not exceed the allowable stress of the material.
