摘要
智能控制是起重机未来发展的一个重要方向,尤其像钢铁企业工作环境恶劣、效率低下的抓渣起重机。为了解决这个问题,研究了抓渣起重机的智能化控制系统改造。该智能化控制系统由机上操作系统、视频监控系统、地面操作系统及通信传输系统组成。关键技术涉及防摇和定位系统、自动抓渣任务识别和抓斗控制系统研究。防摇和定位系统采用格雷母线进行数据传输;自动抓渣任务由PLC控制,通过抓斗上的编码器数据来监测渣土剩余情况;抓斗控制系统由变频器控制。改造完成并通过试验后,自动抓渣起重机能够远程监控抓渣,不受现场环境影响,并且可以无极调速自动抓渣,大大提高了抓渣起重机的工作效率。
Intelligent control is an important direction for the future development of cranes,especially for slag grabbing cranes with harsh working environments and low efficiency in steel enterprises.In order to solve this problem,the transformation of the intelligent control system of the slag grabbing crane is studied.The intelligent control system consists of an onboard operating system,a video monitoring system,a ground operating system,and a communication transmission system.The key technologies involve anti roll and positioning systems,automatic slag grab task recognition,and grab control systems.The anti shaking and positioning system uses Gray bus for data transmission;the automatic slag grabbing task is controlled by PLC,and the residual situation of the slag is monitored through the encoder data on the grab bucket;the grab control system is controlled by a frequency converter.After the renovation is completed and passed the test,by using the automatic slag grabbing crane,the slag grabbing can be remotely monitored,not affected by the on-site environment,the automatically grab slag with stepless speed regulation can be realized,and the efficiency of slag grabbing crane work is greatly improved.
