摘要
通过两种不同工艺,进行三种不同条件下蒸发母液沉锂实验研究,对实验方法、实验流程及路线进行了阐述,对两种工艺三种不同条件下的综合成本、经济效益、投资回收期等进行了分析,研究结果显示,碳酸钠直接沉锂产品综合成本最低,其成本为15472元,吸附法沉锂经济效益较好,但碳酸钠直接沉锂工艺投资回收期明显短于吸附法沉锂工艺,其关键在于该工艺的设备投资显著低于吸附法沉锂工艺,工艺最长投资回收期比吸附法最短回收期还要短,仅为42d,最短投资回收期仅为21d。
Through two different processes,the experimental research on the evaporation of mother liquor under three kinds of different conditions was carried out,the experimental method,experimental flow and route were described,and the comprehensive cost,economic benefits and in-vestment recovery period of the two processes under three kinds of different conditions were ana-lyzed.The research results showed that sodium carbonate direct sedimentation of lithium ton prod-uct has the lowest comprehensive cost,its cost is 15472 yuan,and the economic benefit of adsorp-tion sedimentation is better,but the recovery period of sodium carbonate direct sedimentation pro-cess investment is significantly shorter than that of adsorption sedimentation process,the key is that the equipment investment of the process is significantly lower than that of adsorption process,and the longest investment recovery period is shorter than the shortest recovery period of adsorption method,only 42 days.The minimum payback period is only 21 days.
