大葱农艺性状与产量的相关性及灰色关联度分析

Correlation and Grey Correlation Analysis of Agronomic Traits and Yield of Welsh Onion

为探究影响大葱产量的主要因素,分析大葱农艺性状对单株产量的影响及相关性,以豫北地区选育过程中的56份大葱材料为研究对象,采用灰色关联度和相关性分析对其主要农艺性状进行综合评估,从而明确产量形成过程中各农艺性状的关联度及相关性;并通过聚类分析,结合变异系数和遗传多样性等指标,对其进行综合评价。结果表明,单株产量与其他农艺性状间均呈极显著正相关,其中与单株产量最密切的是假茎中径,相关系数为0.8018;其次是叶横径、株高和假茎底径。不同农艺性状与产量的关联度从大到小依次为假茎中径(0.7899)、叶横径(0.7682)、株高(0.7574)、假茎底径(0.7554)、叶片长(0.7413)、假茎长(0.7356)、株幅(0.6903)。2种分析方法均表明,假茎中径是影响豫北地区大葱材料产量的主要因素,其次是叶横径和株高。因此在豫北地区大葱材料选育中,应首先注重假茎中径、叶横径及株高,再考虑其他性状对材料进行综合客观评价。本结果对在豫北地区选择适宜大葱材料进行种植时具有指导作用。

In order to explore the main factors affecting the yield of welsh onion and analyze the effects and correlation of agronomic traits of welsh onion on single plant yield,56 welsh onion materials from the breeding process in northern Henan region were taken as the research object,and the main agronomic traits were comprehensively evaluated by grey correlation degree and correlation analysis,so as to clarify the correlation degree and correlation of agronomic traits in the process of yield formation.And through cluster analysis,combined with indicators such as coefficient of variation and genetic diversity,the comprehensive evaluation was carried out.The results showed that there was a highly significant positive correlation between single plant yield and other agronomic traits,among which the median diameter of pseudostem was the most closely related to single plant yield,and the correlation coefficient was 0.8018.Followed by leaf transverse diameter,plant height and pseudostem base diameter.The correlation degree between different agronomic traits and yield from large to small was pseudostem median diameter(0.7899),leaf transverse diameter(0.7682),plant height(0.7574),pseudostem base diameter(0.7554),leaf length(0.7413),pseudostem length(0.7356),and plant width(0.6903).The two analysis methods indicated that pseudostem median diameter was the main factor affecting the yield of welsh onion materials in northern Henan,followed by leaf transverse diameter and plant height.Therefore,in the selection and breeding of welsh onion materials in northern Henan region,we should pay attention to the pseudostem median diameter,leaf transverse diameter and plant height first,and then consider other traits to comprehensively and objectively evaluate the materials.The results had a guiding role in selecting suitable welsh onion materials for planting in northern Henan region.
