伴随着建筑行业高速发展的步伐,商品房热度居高不下,六安市商品房交易价格持续上浮,“购房”一直是社会各界热议的话题,但如此高销量、好市场的房地产形势所衍生出的房屋质量问题,也一直困扰着业主。从住宅工程质量常见问题投诉的类型、疑点难点、处理困境等方面入手,通过细致分析、研究探索、归纳总结,得出针对质量投诉的方法建议,以更好地提高工程质量,减少质量投诉数量,增加社会认可度。

With the rapid development of the construction industry,the popularity of commercial housing remains high,and the transaction prices of commercial housing in Lu’an City continue to rise.“Buying a house”has always been a hot topic of discussion in various sectors of society.However,the housing quality problems arising from such a high sales volume and good market real estate situation have also been troubling homeowners.Starting from the types,difficulties,and difficulties in handling common quality complaints in residential engineering,through detailed analysis,summarization,and research exploration,we propose methods and suggestions for quality complaints,in order to better improve engineering quality,reduce the number of quality complaints,and increase social recognition.
