发展绝不能以牺牲人的生命为代价,这必须作为一条不可逾越的“红线”,安全事关企业的生死存亡,因此做好安全风险防范尤为重要。以中交二公局XDG-2020-44号(惠东里AC地块)定销商品房建设项目为例,对其施工过程中的安全管理问题进行深层次的研究和分析,并全面总结安全风险管理的重要特征,制定出更具有可行性的安全风险防范策略,推动项目安全管理各项举措走深走实,为企业高质量发展保驾护航。

Development must not come at the cost of sacrificing human life,which must be regarded as an insurmountable"red line".Safety is crucial to the survival of enterprises,so it is particularly important to do a good job in preventing security risks.Taking the construction project of XCG-202044(Huidongli AC plot)of China Communications Second Public Works Bureau as an example,this paper conducts in-depth research and analysis on the safety management issues during the construction process,comprehensively summarizes the important characteristics of safety risk management,formulates more feasible safety risk prevention strategies,promotes the deepening and implementation of various measures for project safety management,and safeguards the high-quality development of enterprises.
