The article aims to study the full process cost control in construction project management.Firstly,the importance of cost control throughout the entire process was outlined,followed by a detailed discussion of the principles of phased,dynamic,and target responsibility.Then,the existing problems were analyzed,including outdated concepts,insufficient market investigation,incomplete implementation of full process control,and inadequate supervision.Finally,effective measures were proposed,covering cost control methods in the decision-making stage,design stage,bidding,construction stage,and completion settlement.Hope this study can help improve the comprehensive efficiency of engineering management,reduce costs,improve engineering quality,and ensure the successful implementation of the project.
