工业互联网平台赋能企业数字化转型的研究

Research on Industrial Internet Platform Empowering Enterprise Digital Transformation

对企业数字化转型与工业互联网平台之间的关系进行了探讨。结果表明,工业互联网平台具有低成本、易部署、可场景化、可模块化、周期短、资源多、易扩展、易积累等特征,能用于解决企业数字化转型面临的成本敏感、人才缺乏、思维惯性大、迭代升级难等问题。提出了工业互联网平台赋能企业数字化转型的3种方式以及推进企业数字化转型的建议。

The relationship between enterprise digital transformation and industrial internet platform was investigated inthis paper.The application characteristics of industrial internet platform were low cost,easy to deploy,scene-oriented,modularized,short period,resourceful,easy to expand and easy to accumulate.It solved the difficulties of cost sensitivity,lack of talents,inertia of thinking and iterative upgrading in the process of enterprise digital transformation.Three ways of industrial internet platform empowering enterprise digital transformation were proposed.Suggestions for promoting the process of enterprise digital transformation were put forward.
