莱赛尔赛络集聚纺纱过程温湿度控制

摘要 探讨莱赛尔纤维赛络集聚纺纱过程中的温湿度控制问题。分析了莱赛尔纤维性能,得出莱赛尔纤维在纺纱各工序中的主要加工性能特点和环境温湿度要求。以纺制中高档赛络集聚纺纱线为例,介绍了纺纱主要工序空调控制方法和温湿度参数及各工序半成品回潮率控制范围。认为:莱赛尔纤维纺纱过程应增加预处理工序,需要采用偏大的相对湿度环境,并保证各工序纤维吸湿和放湿过程稳定,以减少静电,保证纤维开松、梳理顺利,减少纺纱断头。 Temperature and humidity control of Lyocell siro condensed spinning process were discussed.The properties of Lyocell fiber were analyzed,the main processing properties and environmental temperature&humidity requirements of Lyocell fiber in each spinning process were obtained.Spinning medium and high grade siro condensed yarn was taken as an example,the air conditioning control methods and temperature&humidity parameters in the main spinning processes were introduced,as well as the control range of moisture regain for semi-finished products in each process.It is considered that the pretreatment process should be added in the spinning process for Lyocell fiber,relative high environmental humidity should be used to ensure the stability of fiber moisture absorption and desorption in each process,so as to reduce static electricity,ensure smooth fiber opening and carding and reduce spinning breakages.
