育人导向 聚焦关键能力 引领教学改革——2023年天津市中考化学试卷评析

摘要 义务教育化学学业水平考试主要评价学业质量的达成程度,反映学生核心素养的发展状况,发挥对教学改革的正向引导作用。2023年天津中考化学试题依据课程标准,结合学生实际学情,联系生产、生活、社会等实际创设真实情境,从“考知识”转变为“考素养”,注重考查学生的化学观念、科学思维、科学探究及实践、科学态度与责任,即考查学生正确价值观、必备品格和关键能力的达成情况,充分发挥中考的育人功能和积极引导初中化学教育教学的作用。 The setting of the 2023 Academic proficiency Test of Chemistry Subject for Tianjin Junior High school Students evaluates the attainments of academic qualities and reflects the development of students’core competencies,thus fostering the positive guidance Chemistry teaching reform.The test paper,based on the 2022 Edition of the National Curriculum Standards for Compulsory Education in Chemistry,combines tightly with the academic situation,adheres to the fundamental tenet of creating authentic context concerning the aspects of people’s life.The test paper features“competencies-focused”instead of“knowledge-focused”,and mainly focuses on the chemistry outlooks,mindset in science,scientific exploration,practicability,attitude and commitment,aiming to evaluate appropriate orientation of values,essential characters and key competencies,thus actively boosting the function and the role of education and teaching in the regard.
