国有企业是中国共产党发挥独特优势推进中国式现代化、探索人类文明新形态的重要工具。与“站起来—富起来—强起来”相对应,国有企业的历史贡献主要表现为:为建立完整的工业体系和国民经济体系发挥了关键作用;为国民经济以及民营经济发展提供了良好的外部条件;从提供发展环境到直接引领价值链、供应链、产业链变革。统筹推进新时代“五位一体”总体布局,国有企业需要全方位凸显使命担当。要在富足物质文明上,以全面强优大的新时代国有企业筑实中国式现代化的物质基础;在发展政治文明上,以坚持党的全面领导为社会主义制度提供物质支撑和政治保障;在富有精神文明上,做马克思主义基本原理同中华优秀传统文化相结合的捍卫者;在提高社会文明上,做确保人民当家作主和促进全体人民共同富裕的推动者;在共建生态文明上,做践行习近平生态文明思想的支撑者和引领者。

State-owned enterprises are an important tool for the CPC to exert its unique advantages to promote Chinese path to modernization and explore new forms of human civilization.In contrast to"standing up,getting rich,and becoming strong",the historical contributions of state-owned enterprises are mainly reflected in their crucial role in establishing a complete industrial and national economic system;provided favorable external conditions for the development of the national economy and private economy;from providing a development environment to directly leading the transformation of the value chain,supply chain,and industrial chain.To comprehensively promote the overall layout of the Five-sphere Integrated Plan in the new era,state-owned enterprises need to highlight their mission and responsibility in all aspects.We should build the material foundation of Chinese path to modernization with comprehensive,strong and excellent state-owned enterprises in the new era on the basis of rich material civilization;in the development of political civilization,adhering to the comprehensive leadership of the CPC provides material support and political guarantee for the socialist system;to be a defender who combines the basic principles of Marxism with the excellent traditional Chinese culture in terms of spiritual civilization;to be a promoter in improving social civilization,ensuring that the people are the masters of their own country and promoting common prosperity for all;to be a supporter and leader in practicing Xi Jinping's ecological civilization ideology in co building ecological civilization.
