基于数值计算的卷烟贮运过程产品质量预测与评价方法

摘要 为解决贮运过程中因高温而导致外销卷烟与国内同款卷烟在口味上存在差异等问题,基于数值计算方法,以卷烟白度值B和口味值D作为产品质量评价指标,建立一种卷烟贮运过程产品质量预测与评价模型。当白度值B<75%或口味值D<0时,认为卷烟产品质量不合格。结果表明:(1)白度值B的误差小于1.5%,口味值D的误差小于0.1,模型预测准确性良好。(2)通过该模型能够分析贮运过程中温度对卷烟产品质量的影响,与传统常温运输和储存方式相比,采用恒温航运方式及保税仓库加装控温设备能够延长1年左右的卷烟储存时间。该模型可为制定合理的卷烟运输及仓储技术要求提供支持。 In order to address the issue that the smoking taste offered by exported cigarettes differed from that offered by the cigarettes of the same brand sold in domestic markets due to high temperature exposure during storage and transportation,a model for predicting and evaluating the quality of cigarettes during storage and transportation was established based on numerical calculation method,wherein cigarette whiteness value B and smoking taste value D were used as major factors.If the whiteness value B<75%or the smoking taste value D<0,the quality of cigarettes would be considered unqualified.The results showed that:1)The error of whiteness value B was less than 1.5%and that of smoking taste value D was less than 0.1,the model performed good prediction accuracy.2)The effects of temperature during storage and transportation on the quality of cigarettes could be analyzed by the model,and the results indicated that shipping under constant-temperature condition and storing in temperature-controlled bonded warehouses could extend the storage time of cigarettes by about one year compared with the traditional transportation and storage process.The model supports the development of reasonable technical requirements for cigarette transportation and storage.
