肯定消费成为拉动经济增长的基础性力量,提出“提振龙江消费”亦是振兴龙江的有效途径,从而分析黑龙江省消费资源比较优势,确定东北特色消费是黑龙江省消费市场差异化竞争的战略选择,进而提出“以人为本”构建黑龙江省东北特色消费生态网络体系,代表黑龙江、包含黑龙江、又超越黑龙江,既有现实基础,又有无限拓展空间。从科学构建黑龙江省东北特色消费生态网络体系角度,详细阐释了东北特色消费生态网络体系的丰富内涵、顶层设计、主要目标、具体做法等,旨在为黑龙江省消费行业高质量发展提供信息化、数字化、智能化、一站式的消费运行载体及保障体系,培育和抢占东北特色消费市场和品牌。
Affirming that consumption has become the basic force driving economic growth,the study proposes that"boosting consumption in Heilongjiang"is also an effective way to revitalize Heilongjiang,so as to analyze the comparative advantages of consumption resources in Heilongjiang and determine that consumption with Northeast characteristics is a strategic choice for differentiated competition in the consumption market of Heilongjiang.And then the study puts forward"people-oriented"to build the characteristic consumption ecological network system of northeast Heilongjiang.Representing,including,and going beyond Heilongjiang has both a realistic basis and unlimited space for expansion.From the perspective of scientific construction of Heilongjiang Province's Northeast characteristic consumption ecological network system,the study explains in detail the rich connotation,top-level design,main objectives and specific practices of the Northeast characteristic consumption ecological network system,aiming at providing information,digital,intelligent and one-stop consumption operation carrier and guarantee system for the high-quality development of Heilongjiang Province's consumption industry,cultivating and seizing the northeast characteristic consumer market and brand.
