平陆运河与北部湾国际门户港协同发展研究

The Cooperative Development of Pinglu Canal and Beibu Gulf International Gateway Port

平陆运河与北部湾国际门户港同作为《西部陆海新通道总体规划》的两大论证,是影响广西区内外长远发展的两大重点工程项目,却鲜少有学者将二者联系起来,研究其协同发展关系。基于当前新形势、新背景和新机遇,运用定性描述的研究方法,从平陆运河与北部湾国际门户港互为腹地角度论证二者间的协同关系;从集疏运角度探讨平陆运河建设对北部湾国际门户港江海联运新格局的推动作用;从产业布局角度论证北部湾国际门户港发展对平陆运河经济带建设的奠基功能;并从物流体系、产业建设、低碳绿色三个角度提出了相关政策建议,以期为政府决策提供参考。

Pinglu Canal and Beibu Gulf International Gateway Port are two major projects of Master Plan for the New Land-Sea Corridor in Western China affecting the long-term development of Guangxi,but few scholars have linked the two and studied their synergistic development relationship.Based on the new situation,new background and new opportunities,the study uses qualitative description to demonstrate the synergistic relationship between Pinglu Canal and Beibu Gulf international gateway Port from the perspective of mutual hinterland.The study discusses the promoting effect of the construction of Pinglu Canal on the new pattern of river-sea combined transportation of Beibu Gulf international gateway port from the perspective of collecting and distributing transportation.From the perspective of industrial layout,the foundation function of the development of Beibu Gulf international gateway port to the construction of Pinglu Canal Economic Belt is discussed.And from the logistics system,industry construction and low carbon green three aspects,the study puts forwards the relevant policy suggestions,so as to provide a reference for government decision-making.
