研判数字经济下社区商业发展趋势,明确社区数字化、智慧化改造提升势在必行,社区终将过渡成为智慧社区,社区商业数字化、智慧化水平将不断提高,并越来越依赖于社区商业数据实现其高效运行。以智慧社区为研究对象,阐述了智慧社区的具体定义、总体框架及内容、综合管理平台功能,以及社区商业数据概念、结构、特殊属性等内容,提出社区商业数据可能面临的居民隐私、商业机密以及公共安全等数据信息保护问题,并给出社区商业数据保护与利用的对策建议:需要政府、企业和居民的共同努力,建立健全相关法律法规和机制,加强数据安全保障和整合分析,推动数据的共享和开放,提高居民数据素养,加强国际合作与交流,以实现数字经济下社区商业高质量发展。

It is clarified that the digitization and intelligent transformation of communities is imperative by analyzing the development trend of community commerce under the digital economy.Communities will eventually transit into smart communities and the level of digitization and intelligence of community commerce will continue to improve,so that they will achieve efficient operation relying increasingly on the community commercial data.Taking smart communities as the research object,this paper elaborates on the specific definition,overall framework and content,comprehensive management platform functions of the communities,as well as the concept,structure,and special attributes of community commercial data.It proposes the possible issues for the information protection of community commercial data,such as resident privacy,trade secrets,and public safety.In order to better protect and utilize community business data,it is necessary for the joint efforts of the government,enterprises,and residents to establish and improve relevant laws,regulations,and mechanisms,to strengthen data security and integration analysis,to promote data sharing and openness,to improve resident data literacy,
