社会治理现代化是中国式现代化的重要内容。为适应数字社会、老龄社会、中产社会的到来,新时代新征程加强和创新社会治理,需构建新型治理结构,发挥党委领导的关键作用,协调好“政府—市场—社会”多元主体力量,将民主协商、法治保障、科技支撑贯穿社会治理的全过程,进而持续推动城乡基层治理、社会组织建设、社会矛盾化解、社会治安和犯罪防控、公共安全保障、网络社会治理等六大核心领域的发展变革。

The modernization of social governance is an important part of Chinese path to modernization.In order to adapt to the arrival of the digital society,the aging society,and the middle-class society,social governance in the new era needs to build a new type of governance structure,play the key role of the leadership of the party committee,coordinate the strength of the multiple main forces of the“government-market-society(public)”,and integrate democratic consultation,rule of law guarantee,and scientific and technological support throughout the entire process of social governance.This process will promote the development and transformation of six core areas,including urban and rural grassroots governance,social organization construction,social conflict resolution,crime prevention and control,public safety,and network social governance.
