基于网络文本分析的三亚西岛旅游体验优化对策研究

本文以三亚西岛为研究对象,采用网络文本分析法、实地考察法,搜集西岛相关评价,归纳总结高频词汇,针对西岛旅游资源开发、配套设施建设、管理与服务现状等方面开展深入分析,探索西岛游客体验现状。经研究发现西岛目前存在地方文化深度体验不足、配套建设不完善、监督管理不到位等问题。针对现存问题,本文提出深化游客体验基本对策,以促进西岛旅游业可持续发展。

This article takes Sanya West Island as the research object,adopts network text analysis method and field investigation method,collects relevant evaluations of West Island,summarizes high-frequency vocabulary,and conducts in-depth analysis on the development of tourism resources,construction of supporting facilities,management and service status of West Island,exploring the current situation of West Island tourist experience.Through research,it has been found that the West Island currently faces problems such as insufficient experience of local culture,incomplete supporting construction,and inadequate supervision and management.In response to the existing problems,this article proposes basic strategies to deepen the tourist experience and promote the sustainable development of the tourism industry in West Island.
