精准思政视域下高校思想政治教育改革微探

On the Reform of Ideological and Political Education in Colleges and Universities from the Perspective of Precise Ideological and Political Theory

新时代思想政治教育面临全新的问题与挑战,既有教育主体、学生主体的内部困境,也有二者之间的矛盾鸿沟,因此,精准思政应运而生。精准思政有其特定的内涵特征,以问题为导向、精细与准确为原则,使教与学供给双方精准对接,满足学生的个性发展规律需求。精准思政作为新型教学模式有其特有的实施要求,包含教育主体间的互通有无、精准思政系统的开发与应用、思政人才队伍的建设要求。

The ideological and political education in the new era is faced with brand new problems and challenges,not only the internal dilemma of the subject of education and the subject of students,but also the contradiction gap between the two.Therefore,accurate ideological and political education arises at the historic moment.Precise ideological and political thinking has its specific connotation characteristics.It is problem-oriented and takes precision and accuracy as the principle,so that teaching and learning supply sides can accurately connect and meet the needs of students’personality development law.As a new teaching mode,precise ideological and political thinking has its unique implementation requirements,including the exchange of knowledge among education subjects,the development and application of accurate ideological and political system,and the construction of ideological and political talents.
