摘要 随着社会经济的不断发展和变革,当代大学生就业形势日益复杂多变。全球化、信息化和技术进步等因素使得就业市场愈发竞争激烈,大学生面临着更大的就业压力和更多的挑战。在这样的背景下,大学物理实验作为一种重要的教学手段,对学生的就业观培养具有重要的意义。通过对多年大学物理实验教学工作经验的分析,发现大学物理实验对学生就业观的培养具有积极的促进作用。它培养学生的实践动手能力、观察分析能力、问题解决能力和科学精神,这些能力和素养对学生就业观念的形成和发展具有重要的影响。因此,在大学物理教育中,应注重物理实验的教学,为学生提供更多的实验机会和实践平台,以帮助他们全面发展自己,更好地适应未来的职业挑战。 With the continuous development and changes in social economy,the employment situation for contemporary college students is becoming increasingly complex and dynamic.Factors such as globalization,informatization,and technological advancements have intensified competition in the job market,leading to higher employment pressure and more challenges for university graduates.Against this backdrop,university physics experiments,as an important teaching method,hold significant importance in cultivating students'employment perspectives.Through an analysis of years of experience in university physics experiment teaching,it has been found that these experiments play a positive role in fostering students'practical skills,observational and analytical abilities,problem-solving skills,and scientific mindset.These competencies and qualities have a profound impact on shaping and developing students'employment perspectives.Therefore,in the education of University Physics,emphasis should be placed on teaching physics experiments,providing students with more opportunities for hands-on experimentation and practical platforms,enabling them to develop comprehensively and better adapt to future career challenges.
