后疫情时代下“准副高”教师的抉择--告别“青焦”烦恼,筑牢“青椒”特色

青年教师作为高等院校人才队伍建设的重要力量,然而由于资历尚浅、资源不足等问题,又被戏称为“青椒”,随着年龄的增长以及工作的深入,高级职称的评审成为他们当前最大的考验。而后疫情时代的开启,“青椒”们迎来了许多新的机遇和挑战,该文从疫情背景下的高校青年教师的线上教学、课程思政等方面为切入点,对照其自身特点和规律,重点分析总结其内在的压力和困境,并结合高校青年教师的发展现状和趋势提出相应的对策方法,从多个角度去应对新环境背景下青年教师发展中遇到的问题,从而为高校青年教师提供合理规划个人职业道路相应的应对策略。

Young teachers are an important force in the construction of talent team in colleges and universities.However,due to their shallow qualifications and insufficient resources,which is also jokingly called"green pepper".With the growth of age and the deepening of work,the senior title has become their biggest test at present.Then,with the opening of the epidemic era,"green pepper"ushered in many new opportunities and challenges.This study takes the online teaching,curriculum ideological and politics of young teachers under the background of the epidemic situation as the starting point,summarizes and analyzes its internal pressure dilemma upon their own characteristics and patterns,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and methods in combination with the development status and trend of young college teachers,so as to deal with the problems encountered in the development of young teachers under the new environment from multiple angles,thus providing corresponding strategies for young teachers in universities to plan their personal career paths reasonably.
