摘要
在新冠感染疫情影响下,当代大学生的劳动价值观、劳动伦理观、劳动实践能力都经受一定的考验,并暴露出大学生劳动教育中存在的短板与问题,其思想根源在于“二元对立”思想对劳动价值的消解和多元价值观念对劳动精神的冲击。应在反思基础上抓住抗“疫”中的契机,以情景化劳动激发大学生的主体意识,以榜样的力量激励大学生的奋斗精神,以志愿服务展现青年的能动力,充分拓展劳动教育的思想深度,重塑青年人的劳动价值观,以实现新时代青年的“全面发展”。
Under the influence of the COVID-19,the labor values,labor ethics and labor practice ability of contemporary college students have undergone certain tests,and exposed the shortcomings and problems in the labor education of college students.The ideological root of the problem lies in the elimination of labor value by the thought of"binary opposition"and the impact of multiple values on labor spirit.Educators in colleges and universities should seize the opportunity of fighting against the novel coronavirus pneumonia epidemic,use situational labor to stimulate the subjective consciousness of college students,use the power of examples to stimulate the spirit of struggle of college students,use volunteer service to show the energy and motivation of youth,fully expand the ideological depth of labor education,and reshape the labor values of young people in order to realize the all-round development of young people in the new era.
