3D虚拟全息投影技术在颈部神经阻滞教学中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 在神经阻滞教学中,理论知识抽象、神经解剖结构复杂,因此将其与具有沉浸性、裸眼性的3D虚拟全息投影技术结合,探讨以3D虚拟全息投影技术为依托的颈部神经阻滞教学的应用效果。选取麻醉学专业共110名学生为研究对象,对照组采用传统的多媒体讲授颈部神经阻滞教学模式,研究组采用3D虚拟全息投影技术进行讲授的教学改革模式。通过考核成绩和问卷调查评价两种教学模式的有效性。结果显示,研究组考核成绩、学习效果满意度均高于对照组,3D虚拟全息投影技术教学改革模式学习满意度较高。表明结合3D虚拟全息投影技术的教学改革可有效提高本科教学质量,加强学生对神经阻滞操作的把握度,提高教学质量和成效,对推动高等医学教学改革具有重要推广意义。 In the teaching of nerve block,the theoretical knowledge is abstract and the neuroanatomical structure is complex,so it is combined with 3D virtual holographic projection technology with immersion and naked eyes to explore the application effect of the teaching of cervical nerve block based on 3D virtual holographic projection technology.A total of 110 students from the Department of Anaesthesiology were selected for the study.The control group adopted the traditional multimedia lecture mode of teaching cervical nerve block,while the study group adopted the 3D virtual holographic projection technology for the teaching reform mode.The effectiveness of the two teaching modes was evaluated through assessment scores and questionnaire surveys.The results showed that the study group's assessment results and satisfaction with learning outcomes were higher than those of the control group,and the 3D virtual holographic projection technology teaching reform mode had higher learning satisfaction.This indicates that the teaching reform combined with 3D virtual holographic projection technology can effectively improve the quality of undergraduate teaching,enhance students'grasp of nerve block operations,improve the quality and effectiveness of teaching,and is of great significance in promoting the reform of higher medical teaching.
