静息态功能磁共振不同分析方法在意识障碍中的研究进展

摘要 意识障碍(DOC)是脑损伤后常见不良结局,通常导致严重医疗与经济负担。目前DOC的发病机制尚不明确,临床诊断及预后评估缺乏可靠标志物。神经功能成像因其客观性、可重复性在探究发病机制及疾病诊治方面发挥了重要作用。本文就静息态功能磁共振成像(rs-fMRI)不同分析技术对DOC的相关研究进展作一综述,旨在为探索DOC发病机制及临床诊治提供线索。 Disorder of consciousness(DOC)is a common adverse outcome after brain injury,usually lead to severe health and economic burden.It is still unclear at present the pathogenesis of disorder of consciousness,clinical diagnosis and prognosis assessment are the lack of reliable markers.The neurological function imaging plays an important role in the probe into its pathogenesis and in disease diagnosis and treatment because of its objectivity and repeatability.In this paper,the resting-state functional MRI(rs-fMRI)of different analytical techniques associated with disorder of consciousness research progress were reviewed,aimed at exploring clues to DOC pathogenesis and clinical diagnosis and treatment.
