摘要
1998年以来,浙江省嵊州市雅璜乡(今石璜镇雅璜村)开展了以“串百家门、记百家情、解百家难、连百家心、办百家事、致百家富”为主题的“民情日记”活动,乡镇干部在下村串户过程中,遇民情就记,记民情便办。“民IH情日记”活动的开展,使乡镇干部能及时、准确、全面地发现和掌握社情民意,有的放矢地开展工作,把问题解决在基层、解决在萌芽状态。
Since 1998,the Yahuang Vilage in Shengzhou City,Zhejang Province has been carrying out a"Civil Affairs Diary"campaign with the theme of"Visiting a hundred household,recording cases of a hundred families,solving a hundred difficulties,connecting a hundred hearts,handling a hundred affairs,and bringing prosperity to a hundred families".This initiative enables village and township cadres to discover and grasp public opinions in a timely,accurate,and comprehensive manner,allowing them to work purposefully and solveproblems at the primary level.
