基于动物模型探讨中西医治疗黄褐斑的作用机制

Mechanism of Integrative Medicine in Treatment of Melasma Based on Animal Models

黄褐斑动物模型的合理构建是黄褐斑科学研究的基础。中西医治疗主要通过改善黄褐斑动物模型的黑色素过度合成、氧化应激激素、水平紊乱等改善黄褐斑皮肤状态,疗效显著。目前,黄褐斑动物模型的中西医治疗机制研究仍存在一些不足:在动物模型复制方面,尚未形成明确的统一标准;现有模型多依据黄褐斑发病原理进行造模,缺少对证型的模拟及判定标准;机制探讨存在局限性,研究靶点片面或指标单一。针对此,今后要大量开展模型比较研究,明确最佳建模方式,制定统一的模型制备方式,构建有关中西医黄褐斑分型的统一模型;进一步加强中西结合实验研究,完善对黄褐斑动物模型皮肤异常菌群、血流状态等其他致病机理的研究,同时,探索更全面、更规范的机制评判指标,以期为今后的研究提供参考。

The rational construction of animal models of melasma is the basis of scientific research on melasma.Traditional Chinese and Western medicine mainly improves the skin condition of melasma by improving the over synthesis of melanin,oxidative stress hormones,and level disorders in animal models of melasma,and the effect is remarkable.At present,there are still some deficiencies in the research on the treatment mechanism of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in animal models of melasma:there is no clear unified standard for the replication of animal models;Most of the existing models are modeled based on the pathogenesis of melasma,and there is a lack of simulation and judgment criteria for syndrome types.There are limitations in the mechanism discussion,and the research target is one-sided,or the index is single.In view of this,it is necessary to carry out many comparative studies on models in the future,clarify the best modeling methods,formulate a unified model preparation method,and construct a unified model for melasma classification in traditional Chinese and Western medicine.Further strengthen the combination of Chinese and Western experimental research,improve the study of other pathogenic mechanisms such as abnormal skin flora and blood flow state in animal models of melasma,and explore more comprehensive and standardized mechanism evaluation indicators,to provide reference for future research.
