中药面膜治疗寻常型痤疮的用药规律

Traditional Chinese Medicine Medication Rule in Facial Mask to Treat Acne Vulgaris

目的:分析中药面膜治疗寻常型痤疮的用药规律。方法:通过检索中国知网、万方、读秀、维普、中国生物医学文献数据库中2013年5月5日至2022年5月5日包含中药面膜治疗痤疮的处方文献,并对其进行数据挖掘。运用Excel 2016软件建立中药数据库,采用Clementine 12.0以及SPSS 25.0软件中的聚类分析和关联规则分析方法。结果:通过对中药面膜治疗寻常型痤疮的临床文献进行检索并整理,最终纳入符合标准的文献181篇,共涉及181首方剂,189味中药,其中高频药物(≥40次)共11味,以大黄最常见,药性以寒、微寒为主,药味以苦、微苦居多,归经以肝经最多;高频药物聚类分析可划分为3类,分别为清热类(蒲公英、野菊花、丹参、连翘、金银花、黄芩、黄连、黄柏)、消肿散结止痛类(白芷)、解毒疗疮类(大黄、苦参),其中以清热类药物使用频次最高,占比69.37%;关联规则的中药处方分析表明,支持率最高的是大黄-丹参;大黄和白芷是置信率最高的组合。结论:治疗寻常型痤疮的中药面膜组方以苦寒之药清热解毒为主,兼有疏调气血、消瘀散结之功。

Objective:To analyze the medication rule of traditional Chinese medicine facial mask in the treatment of acne vulgaris.Methods:By searching CNKI,Wanfang,Duxiu,Vipp,and China Biomedical Literature Database,the literature containing prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine facial mask for acne from May 5,2013 to May 5,2022 was searched,and data mining was conducted.Establish a traditional Chinese medicine database using Excel 2016 software,and use clustering analysis and association rule analysis methods from Clementine 12.0 and SPSS 25.0 software.Results:Through searching and sorting out the clinical literature on the treatment of acne vulgaris with traditional Chinese medicine facial mask,181 articles were finally included,involving 181 first prescriptions and 189 traditional Chinese medicines,of which 11 were high-frequency drugs(≥40 times),among which Dahuang(rhubarb)is the most common,the drug properties are mainly cold or slightly cold,the drug flavor is mostly bitter or slightly bitter,and the liver meridian was the most common;High frequency drug clustering analysis can be divided into three categories:heat clearing drugs Pugongying(dandelion),Yejuhua(wild chrysanthemum),Danshen(salvia miltiorrhiza),Lianqiao(forsythia suspensa),Jinyinhua(honeysuckle),Huangqin(scutellaria baicalensis),Huanglian(coptis chinensis)and Huangbai(phellodendron amurense).The most commonly used anti-inflammatory and pain relieving drug is Baizhi(radix angelicae),and detoxifying and healing drugs used are Dahuang(rhubarb)and Kushen(sophora flavescens).Among them,Heat clearing drugs have the highest frequency of use,accounting for 69.37%.The analysis of traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions based on association rules shows that rhubarb danshen has the highest support rate;Rhubarb and Bai Zhi are the combination with the highest confidence rate.Conclusion:The traditional Chinese medicine facial mask is mainly composed of bitter and Cold drugs to clear Heat and detoxify,and has the function of regulating Qi and blood,eliminating blood stasis and dissipating stagnation.
