无机粘结剂基防腐涂层的制备及性能研究现状

摘要 无机粘结剂具有经济、环保、实用性强等优势,逐渐发展成为防腐涂料的研究热点。基于此,对磷酸盐、硅酸盐与硅溶胶3种常用无机粘结剂防腐涂料的制备和性能进行了综述,首先阐明了3种粘结剂的粘结机理和附着成膜机理,此后对3种无机粘结剂基防腐涂料的合成制备、防腐性能以及存在的问题进行了探讨。最后展望了无机粘结剂防腐涂层的发展趋势和应用前景。 Inorganic binders have become a research hotspot in the field of anti-corrosive coatings due to their advantages in economy,environ-mental friendliness and practicality.In this paper,the preparation and properties of three commonly used inorganic binder anti-corrosive coatings,namely phosphate,silicate and silica sol,were reviewed.Firstly,the bonding mechanisms and adhesion film formation mechanisms of the three binders were clarified.Then,the synthesis,anti-corrosive properties and existing problems of three kinds of inorganic binder-based anti-corrosive coatings were discussed.Finally,the development trends and application prospects of inorganic binder anti-corrosive coatings were examined.
