摘要
深圳京基东滨时代大厦塔楼为框架-核心筒结构,结构高度194.35m,属于超B级高度的超限高层建筑,四角及南北两侧均设有L形墙或一字形墙与框架梁平面外相接。为满足建筑功能需求,2层取消了大量楼板和外框架与核心筒相连的框架梁,形成跃层柱。41层东西两侧外框柱均往内收进,需设置托柱转换梁。以上难点增加了结构设计难度。采用性能化设计,有针对性地对关键部位采取相应的加强措施,并对特殊部位进行专项分析,如L形墙或一字形墙等特殊墙体、跃层柱、托柱转换梁等。通过弹塑性动力时程分析考察整体结构的抗震性能。计算结果表明:该结构抗震性能均能达到设计的预期目标。
Kingkey Dongbin Times tower in Shenzhen is a frame-corewall structure with a height of 194.35m.It is an out-of-code high-rise building with a height of over B-level.The four corners and the north and south sides were equipped with L-shaped walls or glyph walls and frame beams.In order to meet the functional requirements of the building,a large number of floor slabs and frame beams connecting the outer frame to corewall were cancelled on the second floor,forming skip-floor columns.The outer frame columns on the east and west sides of the 41st floor were retracted inward,and column transfer beams need to be set.The above difficulties increase the difficulty of structural design.Performance-based design was adopted to take corresponding strengthening measures for key parts,and special analysis was carried out for special parts,such as special walls such as L-shaped walls or one-shaped walls,skip-floor columns,and column transfer beams.The seismic performance of the whole structure was investigated by elastic-plastic dynamic time history analysis.The calculation results show that the seismic performance of the structure can meet the expected design goals.
