适用于新型电力系统的同步波形自适应测量方法与装置研制

摘要 新型电力系统中含有大量电力电子装置,使得扰动时刻波形畸变严重,信号变化极快,传统的相量测量方法无法表征短时间尺度的动态过程,亟需研究同步波形测量方法,以满足电力系统监测、分析和控制需求。对此,文章提出了一种同步波形测量方法,并研制了装置样机。首先,提出了基于有效分量辨识的自适应波形采样方法,可根据信号特性,在不发生频率混叠的前提下,对信号进行最优频率的重采样。其次,为了便于数据传输,提出了一种基于二维提升小波变换和Deflate算法的无损压缩算法,并设计了适用于压缩后数据的波形传输协议。基于上述理论研究,研制了一种可自适应采样、无损压缩波形数据并以数据帧格式上传的同步波形测量装置。对所研制装置进行了精度测试和通信延时测试,验证了所提测量方法的有效性。 The new type power systems contains a large number of power electronic devices,which makes the waveform distortion at the disturbance time serious and the signal changes very fast.The traditional phasor measurement method cannot characterize the dynamic process in a short time scale.It is necessary to study the synchronized waveform measurement method to meet the needs of power system monitoring,analysis and control.In this paper,a synchronized waveform measurement method is proposed and a prototype device is developed.First,an adaptive waveform sampling method based on effective component identification is proposed.According to the signal characteristics,the signal can be resampled at the optimal frequency without frequency aliasing.Then,to facilitate data transmission,a lossless compression algorithm based on two-dimensional lifting wavelet transform and Deflate algorithm is proposed,and a waveform transmission protocol suitable for compressed data is designed.Based on the above theoretical research,a synchronized waveform measurement device is developed to adaptively sample,and losslessly compress waveform data uploaded in data frame format The accuracy test and communication delay test of the developed device are carried out to verify the effectiveness of the proposed measurement method.
