摘要
近年来罗非鱼产业发展较为低迷,健康可持续发展受到影响。中山市坦洲特色水产研究工作站为拓展罗非鱼产品市场供给多元化、提升罗非鱼品质和价值,推动罗非鱼产业的健康可持续发展,引进应用示范了罗非鱼脆化养殖模式。在坦洲镇罗通水产养殖场和强晟水产养殖有限公司坦洲养殖基地,率先开展两种罗非鱼脆化养殖模式的效益比较分析研究。模式1选用大规格罗非鱼(约1 kg)直接进行脆化养殖;模式2采用罗非鱼幼鱼(12.5-25.0 g)原塘养殖后再进行脆化,其中养殖30 d后脆化80 d记为模式2-1;养殖50 d后脆化100 d记为模式2-2;养殖60 d后脆化100 d记为模式2-3;养殖60 d后脆化120 d记为模式2-4。经养殖管理和数据追踪,比较分析不同养殖模式条件下渔获量、生产性能和经济效益等指标。结果发现,不同养殖模式的存活率都高于97.00%。养殖模式2-1单位产量低于养殖模式1,而其他模式都高于养殖模式1。养殖模式1的经济效益远高于养殖模式2,养殖模式1的单位利润为40.86元/m2,投入产出比1∶1.63,成本利润率为63.28%。养殖模式2的单位利润为-0.75-6.34元/m^(2),投入产出比1∶0.99-1.09,成本利润率为-1.29-9.32%。在不考虑前期养殖周期的情况下,随着脆化时间的增加,利润率、单位利润、投入产出比、成本利润率都呈现降低的趋势,在2-4组出现亏损状况,单位利润为-0.75元/m^(2),成本利润率-1.29%。本研究结果将为实际生产过程中,罗非鱼脆化适宜养殖模式选择及罗非鱼养殖健康可持续发展提供参考。
In recent years,tilapia industry development was relatively depressing,and its health and sustainability would be damaged.In order to promote the healthy and sustainable development of tilapia industry in Tanzhou Town,Zhongshan City characteristic Fishery Workstation introduced the tilapia farming model of crispy muscle.The comparative analysis of benefits of two kinds of tilapia farming model models was carried out in Luotong aquaculture farm and Qiangsheng aquaculture Co.,LTD.in Tanzhou Town.In model 1,large size tilapia(body weight about 1 kg)was selected for directly embrittlement cultured.In model 2,juvenile tilapia were cultured in the original pond for some days and then embrittlemented,in which the embrittlement for 80 days after 30 days of breeding was called as model 2-1,embrittlement after culture for 50 days and 100 days was called as model 2-2,embrittlement after 60 days of culture for 100 days was called as model 2-3,and embrittlement after 60 days of culture for 120 days was called as model 2-4.The total production and economic benefit of the two models were compared and analyzed after the farming.The index including the total production,growth performance,input and outcome were collected.The results showed that the survival rate of all the different farming models was higher than 97.00%.The tilapia production pre mu in model 2-1 was lower than that in model 1,while the other models were higher than that of in model 1.The economic benefits in model 1 were much higher than that in model 40.86 yuan/m^(2) profit in model 1,which the inputoutput ratio was 1∶1.63,and the cost profit rate is 63.28%.The unit profit of model 2 between-0.75 to 6.34 yuan/m2,the inputoutput ratio was 1∶0.99-1.09,and the cost profit rate was-1.29 to 9.32%.With the increasing of the tilapia embrittlement time,profit rate,unit profit rate,input-output ratio and cost profit rate all showed a decreasing trend,and the losses occurred in model 2-4,unit profit rate was-0.75 yuan/m^(2) and cost profit rate was-1.29%.The results of this study will provide reference for the reasonable and healthy cultivation and green development of crispy tilapia in Guangdong Province.
