摘要
为提高接触网腕臂的绝缘性能,简化结构设计,减少检修维护工作量,开展绝缘材料在接触网腕臂上的应用尤为重要。通过分析绝缘材料腕臂的试验结果,论证了绝缘材料应用于接触网腕臂的可行性及优势;结合腕臂电场分布特性的仿真研究,并考虑实际服役环境,优化了腕臂的结构设计,降低了绝缘失效风险。研究结果为绝缘材料在特殊环境下电气化铁路接触网腕臂的应用奠定了基础。
In order to improve the insulation performance of OCS cantilevers,simplify the structural design and reduce the inspection and maintenance workload,it is particularly important to carry out the insulation materials on OCS cantilevers.Through analyzing the test results of cantilevers of insulated materials,the feasibility and advantages of application of insulation materials on the OCS cantilevers are illustrated.On the basis of the simulation researches on electrical field distribution characteristics of cantilevers and with consideration of the actual service environment,the structural design of cantilever is optimized and the risks of insulation loss are reduced.The results of researches lay a foundation for application of insulated materials on OCS cantilevers of electrified railways under special environment.
