摘要
近年来,警察心理健康服务仍存在心理预警和危机干预工作模式不够精准且耗时较长等短板。大数据这一新兴科技手段,为警察心理健康服务提供了全新视角。通过对A省警察心理健康大数据的研究挖掘,分析警察心理健康的总体状况以及不同年龄、性别、岗位上的差异,探究警察心理问题产生的共性原因。在此基础上,以警察心理健康服务体系建设与大数据信息技术的有效融合为导向,提出完善警察心理健康服务机制的创新路径。
In recent years,the development of police psychological service is in good condition,but there are still shortcomings such as psychological early warning and crisis intervention work mode is not precise enough and time-consuming.The era of big data leads to a new change in police work,and this emerging technology means that it provides a new perspective for the development of police psychological service.In the study of the police mental health in province A,through the in-depth mining of psychological data,the overall status of police mental health and the differences in different ages,genders and positions are shown,and the common causes of police psychological problems are analyzed.On the basis of this,oriented by the effective integration of the construction of the police psychological service system and big data information technology,it puts forward the innovative path to improve the police psychological service mechanism.
