摘要
出版业数字化转型升级浪潮的到来,对出版业的编辑提出了新的更高的要求。出版业数字化转型升级策略离不开“跨界”,这里的“跨界”是指强化以新技术应用为手段的“跨界”,可应用于出版业的选题策划、协同采编、加工制作、资源管理等核心业务的数字化转型升级。强化以传统出版与新兴出版融合发展的“跨界”,可实现融合发展的统筹协调;强化以资本为纽带的“跨界”,可借以提高出版业品牌的公信力和价值转化能力;强化以编辑人才为核心的“跨界”,可以使编辑人员在融通多种学科的同时,强化自身。
With the advent of digital transformation and upgrading of the publishing industry,new and higher requirements have been put forward for the publishing industry.The paper holds that the digital transformation and upgrading strategy of the publishing industry cannot be achieved without"cross-border",where"cross-border"refers to the strengthening of the application of new technologies,which can be applied to the digital transformation and upgrading of the core business of the publishing industry such as topic selection planning,collaborative editing,processing and production,and resource management.Strengthening the"cross-border"of the integrated development of traditional publishing and emerging publishing,can realize the overall coordination of integrated development,strengthening the"cross-border"with capital as the link,so as to improve the credibility of the publishing industry brand and value transformation ability,and strengthening the"cross-border"with editorial talents as the core,so that editors can integrate a variety of disciplines at the same time,strengthen themselves.
