血清内脂素、LncRNA MALAT1、HbA1c水平与妊娠期糖尿病患者不良妊娠结局的相关性

Correlations among serum visfatin,long non-coding RNA metastasis associated lung adenocarcinoma transcript 1,glycosylated hemoglobin levels and adverse pregnancy outcomes in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus

目的:分析血清内脂素、长链非编码RNA肺腺癌转移相关转录本1(LncRNA MALAT1)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)水平与妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)患者不良妊娠结局的相关性。方法:选取2021年4月至2023年4月该院收治的103例GDM患者为研究对象,纳入观察组,另选取同期于本院进行产检的103名健康孕妇为对照组,检测两组血清内脂素、LncRNA MALAT1、HbA1c水平,并随访至GDM患者分娩。比较两组、不同妊娠结局GDM患者血清内脂素、LncRNA MALAT1、HbA1c水平,并采用Pearson相关性分析血清内脂素、LncRNA MALAT1、HbA1c水平与GDM患者不良妊娠结局的相关性。结果:观察组血清内脂素、LncRNA MALAT1、HbA1c水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不良妊娠结局GDM患者血清内脂素、LncRNA MALAT1、HbA1c水平均高于正常妊娠结局GDM患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Pearson相关性分析结果显示,血清内脂素、LncRNA MALAT1、HbA1c水平与GDM患者不良妊娠结局均呈正相关(r>0,P<0.05)。结论:血清内脂素、LncRNA MALAT1、HbA1c水平与GDM患者不良妊娠结局均呈正相关。

Objective:To analyze correlations among serum visfatin,long non-coding RNA lung metastasis associated lung adenocarcinoma transcript 1(LncRNA MALAT1),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c)levels and adverse pregnancy outcomes in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM).Methods:A total of 103 patients with GDM admitted to this hospital from April 2021 to April 2023 were selected as the study subjects and were included in the observation group.In addition,103 healthy pregnant women who underwent prenatal examination in this hospital during the same period were selected as the control group.The levels of serum visfatin,LncRNA MALAT1 and HbA1c were detected in the two groups.These GDM patients were followed up until they were discharged.The levels of serum visfatin,LncRNA MALAT1 and HbA1c were compared between the two groups and the GDM patients with different pregnancy outcomes.The correlations among the serum visfatin,LncRNA MALAT1,HbA1c levels and the adverse pregnancy outcomes in the GDM patients were analyzed.Results:The levels of serum Visfatin,LncRNA MALAT1 and HbA1c in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of serum Visfatin,LncRNA MALAT1 and HbA1c in the GDM patients with adverse pregnancy outcomes were higher than those in the GDM patients with normal pregnancy outcomes,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that the serum Visfatin,LncRNA MALAT1 and HbA1c levels were positively correlated with the adverse pregnancy outcomes in the GDM patients(r>0,P<0.05).Conclusions:The serum Visfatin,LncRNA MALAT1 and HbA1c levels are positively correlated with the adverse pregnancy outcomes in the GDM patients.
