人文关怀护理联合规范化护理在磁共振成像检查患者中的应用效果

Application effects of humanistic care nursing combined with standardized nursing in patients with magnetic resonance imaging examination

目的:观察人文关怀护理联合规范化护理在磁共振成像(MRI)检查患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年11月至2021年9月于该院行MRI检查的88例患者进行前瞻性研究,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组各44例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施人文关怀护理联合规范化护理,比较两组图像质量优良率、检查期间不良事件发生率、护理前后负性情绪[医院焦虑抑郁量表(HADS)]评分和护理满意度。结果:观察组图像质量优良率为97.73%(43/44),高于对照组的81.82%(36/44),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组心率波动、血压波动、造影剂渗漏、重复扫描等不良事件发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,观察组HADS-A、HADS-D等负性情绪评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度为100.00%(44/44),高于对照组的84.09%(37/44),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在常规护理基础上实施人文关怀护理联合规范化护理可提高MRI检查患者图像质量优良率和护理满意度,降低检查期间不良事件发生率和负性情绪评分,效果优于常规护理。

Objective:To observe application effects of humanistic care nursing combined with standardized nursing in patients undergoing magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)examination.Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 88 patients who underwent MRI examination in this hospital from November 2020 to September 2021.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and observation group,44 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given the humanistic care nursing combined with the standardized nursing on the basis of that of the control group.The excellent and good rate of image quality,the incidence of adverse events during the examination,the scores of negative emotions[hospital anxiety and depression scale(HADS)]before and after the nursing,and the nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The excellent and good rate of image quality in the observation group was 97.73%(43/44),which was higher than 81.82%(36/44)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events such as heart rate fluctuation,blood pressure fluctuation,contrast agent leakage and repeated scanning in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the nursing,the scores of negative emotions such as HADS-A and HADS-D in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 100.00%(44/44),which was higher than 84.09%(37/44)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The humanistic care nursing combined with the standardized nursing on the basis of the routine nursing,can improve the excellent and good rate of image quality and the nursing satisfaction of the patients with MRI examination,and reduce the incidence of adverse events and the negative emotional scores during the examination.Moreover,it is superior to the routine nursing.
