石油化工装置中,盲板主要起两种作用:一种是正常生产期间,隔断公用工程介质与工艺介质,杜绝介质互串,确保生产安全;另一种是检修期间,隔断本装置、独立系统与外装置或其他相连系统,避免隔离、隔断不彻底,影响检修安全。石油化工装置中,盲板数量多、型号多、材质多,增加了管理的难度,易埋下事故隐患。新开发的盲板数字化管理系统,能够实时更新盲板状态,明确型号、材质种类,大大提高了管理水平和工作效率。

In petrochemical plants,blind plates mainly served two purposes:one was to separate the common engineering medium from the process medium during normal production,prevent medium interconnection,and ensure production safety;Another one was to isolate the device,independent system from external devices or other connected systems during maintenance to avoid incomplete isolation and isolation,which may affect maintenance safety.In petrochemical plants,there were many blind plates,models,and materials,which increasef the difficulty of management and could easily lead to hidden dangers of accidents.The newly developed digital management system for blind plates could update the status of blind plates in real time,clarify the model and material type,greatly improving management level and work efficiency.
