药食同源中药调控氧化应激对类风湿关节炎防治作用的研究进展

Research progress on the effect of traditional Chinese medicine homologous to food and medicine on the prevention and treatment of rheumatoid arthritis by regulating oxidative stress

摘要 近年来,类风湿关节炎的发病率不断上升,呈现年轻化趋势,对人类健康造成严重威胁。氧化应激是该病发病机制的关键,也是其发展的重要因素。当关节软骨处于高度氧化应激状态时,易引起细胞炎症反应,导致组织损伤,甚至引起关节外表现。纵观文献发现,药食同源中药对类风湿关节炎氧化应激损伤具有保护作用,其作用与Nrf2、MAPK、PI3K、NF-κB等靶点及相关信号通路密切相关。因此,本文对8种药食同源中药防治氧化应激治疗类风湿关节炎研究进展进行综述,以期为临床疾病预防应用、开发功能性药食品等方面提供新思路。 In recent years,the incidence of rheumatoid arthritis has been increasing,showing a trend towards younger age groups,posing a serious threat to human health.Oxidative stress is a key mechanism in the pathogenesis of the disease and an important factor in its development.When joint cartilage is under high oxidative stress,it can easily induce cellular inflammatory reactions,leading to tissue damage and even extra-articular manifestations.Literatures review shows that traditional Chinese medicine homologous to food and medicine have a protective effect against oxidative stress damage in rheumatoid arthritis,and their effects are closely related to targets and related signaling pathways such as Nrf2,MAPK,PI3K,and NF-κB.Therefore,this article reviews the research progress on the prevention and treatment of oxidative stress in rheumatoid arthritis using eight medicinal and edible herbs with the same origin,in order to provide new ideas for clinical disease prevention and the development of functional food products.
