摘要
前列腺癌在发展过程中常伴有脂质调节机制、血管异常生成、放射抵抗等特征改变,他汀类药物可以从多方面抑制前列腺癌生长,改善前列腺癌患者预后,一定程度上可作为前列腺癌临床辅助治疗的选择。本文梳理他汀类药物在抗前列腺癌作用机制的研究新进展,从抑制甲羟戊酸途径、调节细胞自噬、调控铁死亡、阻滞细胞周期和调节肿瘤微环境等多种途径进行简要综述。本文以期为临床使用他汀类药物治疗前列腺癌新方案和基础研究提供参考和依据。
Prostate cancer is often accompanied by changes in lipid regulatory mechanisms,abnormal angiogenesis,and radiation resistance during its development process.Statin can inhibit the growth of prostate cancer from multiple aspects,improve the prognosis of prostate cancer patients,and to a certain extent,can be used as a choice for clinical adjuvant treatment of prostate cancer.This article reviews the new research progress of statin in the mechanism of action against prostate cancer,including inhibition of mevalonate pathway,regulation of cell autophagy,regulation of ferroptosis,cell cycle arrest,regulation of tumor microenvironment,and so on.This article aims to provide reference and basis for new clinical regimens and basic research on the use of statin in the treatment of prostate cancer.
